Had a great time today presenting a lecture on news burnout.
The Oliver Public Library hosted my presentation and the attendees enjoyed the one-hour discussion on how news works and how to avoid over exposing oneself to it.
The library had a table set up with books related to the topic and set up their lovely meeting room.
More lectures are planned in the area starting again in September.
